Why Everything that tastes SO good is usually SO bad for you?

This I believe is the ultimate twist of human fate.If spinach is good for me then why oh why could it not taste like the chocolate ice cream I had the other day? DNW wonders..... will this scales ever stop showing me 73Kg.....68Kg would be so much kinder...lol!
