And DNW is acutely aware that the chances of that happening are like 150 to 1. For tonight, if they do, will be the very first time we shall sleep without electricity in a long time (my youngest has experienced it only once in his life and that night I was a human fan!) Hear! Hear! The generator has a fault that cannot be fixed in a day! We are doomed should PHCN come a calling!
Or are we? Perhaps, DNW thinks, it would be a spectacular learning experience for my children to see how over 80% of the Nigerian population live? Perhaps DNW ponders it would be good for them to have one day without the generator so that next time it purrs into action, they will remember to thank Almighty God for his grace over their lives.
Yes.......one day in the darkness might not be that bad after all. And you never know. NEPA might just suprise me tonight. Ha! I wish!

PHCN yes!!!!! they really hold power....... but about your little man... me thinks its better to let him experience things like that once in a while so he does not have a misconception 'bout his beloved country the only snag is that human fan shall be your call
